Information on a Lawsuit by a small anti-Waldorf
fringe group, PLANS, in California against two public school districts
Monday, September 12, 2005: According to a court
observer, "In a full, free and fair trial lasting 30 minutes, the Plaintiff
PLANS Inc failed to provide any admissable evidence that anthroposophy
is a religion for Establishment Clause purposes." A motion by the Defendants
has been filed and a ruling from the Court is expected after September
29.
